Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Sept. 6, 2007 sample positive TCT. Spoke to Lane explained that the routine samples for October were never taken but still need to be taken. He asked why I hadnt called before and I said I had called in November and December. ACTION NEEDED: He was going to call Coffey lab and have the samples taken.
