| Details: | 06.01.20 - I contacted the operator to remind him that his water system is on a monthly routine sampling schedule. Operator was advised to collect a RT sample as soon as possible. He was also reminded that they need to collect a Nitrate sample for this year. 06.02.20 - Operator informed me that he took the Nitrate test at the same time as the coliform test in March. This was when he assumed their system was back on a quarterly sampling schedule. I clarified that the system missed collecting several routine samples during 2019 (Jun, Aug and Nov) and in 2020 (Jan and Feb). Eligibility to return to quarterly monitoring will be considered once the system has collected 12 consecutive months of coliform sampling with no M&R violations or coliform investigations triggered. Mr. Bud Guinn stated that he will collect a coliform sample today. |
