| Details: | SUMMARY: Dichloromethane sample results 0.0084, MCL is 0.005 DETAILS: Spoke with system operator on Jan. 6, 2008. He stated that he spoke to Scott Curry when the sample came back positive and Scott had stated that he will need to do a conformation sample as soon as possible. Also Scott mentioned that the system operator should make sure that there were no chemicals being stored or used near the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Conformation sample and quarterly samples | ||
