| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 4/23/08 positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 4/29/08 - Spoke with Frank. He is collecting four routine samples tonight. The positive samples were collected from a kitchen tap that is not normally used for sampling. I reviewed sample tap selection protocol with Frank and recommended that he use outside house bibs from now on. 5/1/08 - Four repeat samples collected on 4/30/08 tested negative for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of May. | ||
