Details:	I spoke with the Operator of this water system about the total coliform positive results on all repeats and the triggered source sample. The operator said that he shocked the well prior to taking the tests. The repeat positives trigger a second Level 2 Investigation. My coworker Sarah Schwab, will perform the investigation. The operator was given her contact information and will schedule the investigation for the near future.
