Advise of failure to sample for Coliform during 1st quarter of 2008 DETAILS: We informed the operator that the first quarterly coliform water sample was missed for 2008. We informed the operator that the next coliform sample was due by the end of June 2008. We informed the operator that the next Nitrate sample was due by the end of 2008. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor for compliance.
