| Details: | SUMMARY: System not current on nitrate or microbiological sampling DETAILS: System was deactivated several years ago. Reopened in late 2006. System does not have current nitrate sample results in DW database. Last sample recorded was taken in 1985. Reportedly a recent sample has results of 6.1 mg/l. Failure to take temporary routines in Feb 07 and May 07. No routine samples taken in 4th quarter (Oct-Dec) 07. No Public Notice ACTION NEEDED: 1. Provide DW program with copies of Nitrate and microbiological sample results. 2. If 6.1 mg/l is correct nitrate sample results, begin quarterly sampling January 1, 2008. 3. Provide Public Notice for non-complying or missed microbiological samples. | ||
