| Details: | 10:23 - Called number listed which directed me to the Silver Falls School District office. Left a voicemail with the front desk, they informed me that his secretary Ronda will relay the message to contact me in regards to their water system results. 11:00 - Lorin Stanley returned the phone call. He was unaware of the alert and immediately said he would have to chlorinate the well. I informed Lorin that we would need to take a triggered source sample and three repeat samples. Lorin stated that the "little room sink" that tested positive was from a bathroom. Discussed using non-swivel faucets, removing screens and flushing the lines prior to sampling. Lorin mentioned that there are not many samples sites to choose from and he is currently working on updating the coliform sampling locations for all the schools he monitors. Due to a family emergency Lorin is unable to take the follow-up samples today but will have them gathered as soon as possible. |
