| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on missing coliform test results DETAILS: Jay phoned me back. Their UV installer says the test results from early this year (after installation) were sent to Marsha Fox in Portland along with the Plan Review materials. He also said that Analytical Labs were late with their second quarter sample, not taking it until July 7th. He hopes this does not jeopardize their SNC resolution process. ACTION NEEDED: Have Marsha Fox check the plan review records for these coliform test results, enter into SDWIS | ||
