| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on alert received on June 9, 2008 DETAILS: Instead of taking 5 routine samples as requested, Tim took one repeat sample at the office on 6/5/08 which came back TC positive. I had suggested that he have the maintenance person check the work that he had done on the distribution system prior to the first TC positive sample on 5/23/08, but Tim does not want to dig up work that was done. He will shock chlorinate the well again and use a bit more chlorine and hold it in the distribution piping again. One problem with shocking the dist. system is that the plywood mill runs and uses water 24/7 making it difficult to shock the dist. system fully. Tim will update the public notice to reflect this most recent positive sample and fax a copy to me ASAP. Tim will take 5 routine samples 5 days after the well/dist. Is flushed and report back to me. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of 5 routine samples. | ||
