| Details: | SUMMARY: Membrane Filter Log Reduction Study DETAILS: City owns and operates a water system which provides water to approximately 3,100 people, through 1600 connections which include outside users, including the City of Wheeler. The City has both surface water and groundwater sources. The surface water supply is from Anderson Creek. Water is treated by a Memcor membrane water treatment plant. HBH was contacted to provide assistance with the completion of a Log-Reduction challenge study for the membrane filters. I previously met with City to collect data and US Filter testing information. I toured the city water treatment plant and discussed course of action. Research needed to aid with completion of Challenge Study. ACTION NEEDED: Assistance with Challenge Study. | ||
