| Details: | SUMMARY: Equipment Recommendations Assistance DETAILS: System is seeking assistance with an application for Revolving Loan Fund through OECDD. The system has 64 connection and an approximately population of 105 people. System has made some changes to the project scope of a previous funding application and is seeking additional assistance regarding a new application. I provided input and direction as needed during the preparation of application by Dan and Randall Reitz. I also reviewed application for completeness and accuracy.
