| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on 4/30/08 alert for 0 ppm chlorine residual monitored 4/25/08 DETAILS: Was finally able to contact Jim Dunning regarding the 4/30/08 alert for 0 chlorine residual monitored on 4/25/08 (received an updated phone number). Jim states that the chlorine mixing tank ran out of chlorine. I informed him that it should never be so low as to run out and he would need to check the level on a daily basis and fill it before the weekend. Jim was confused as to why the system needed to maintain a 0.2ppm when the system is not chlorinating for bad water - we discussed why. Jim assures me that they monitor and record free chlorine residual on a daily basis when operating (M-F). I scheduled a water system survey for next week to take a look at the system and review the systems practices. ACTION NEEDED: Check chlorine residual reading for 2nd quarters reading. | ||
