| Details: | SUMMARY: routine coliform test positive in May, 2008. All 4 repeat samples positive. DETAILS: Contacted operator by phone 5/15/08. He said there was a small leak in one of the pipes and it was currently being worked on. We discussed proper disinfection of the well after the system was repaired. A public notice template was sent by e-mail to the operator to complete and post as well as instructions on well disinfection. Currently there are no guests staying at the motel. We also discussed the 5 routine samples necessary for the month of June to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up in June to ensure routine tests are all negative for total coliform. | ||
