| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TC+ on 5/5/08 DETAILS: Connie phoned to say that she had taken a sample at my urging and it came back positive. She took the sample from her home which is last on the line. She took it from the kitchen sink which is a swivel with a screen. I informed her that she needs to do repeats. She said she can only afford one repeat which she will take from upstream at a better spigot with proper procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with system with repeat results. Do a sanitary survey in 2008 | ||
