The routine sample taken May 26 was positive for total coliform bacteria.
Follow your coliform sampling plan:
Take 3 repeat samples: One at the original sample faucet 71 Hobby Court kitchen faucet
One sample within 5 connections upstream
One sample within 5 connections downstream
One sample at the well head

The results of these samples are required to be reported to the Drinking Water Program byJune 4th (within 10 days). Please fill out attached coliform sampling plan form. This has good directions for resampling too.
