| Details: | SUMMARY: PR 171-2007 PW Well 2 Site Inspection DETAILS: George Waun and I met with Jeff Anderson and the other operators to complete a Plan Review Construction Inspection on July 15, 2007. The visit included an inspection of the following facilities: Public Works (PW) Well #2 (L80323) and related caustic and sodium hypochlorite treatment, piping, and appurtenances-- PW Well #1 (L76752) and related caustic and sodium hypochlorite treatment, piping, and appurtenances-- 1939 Well (COLU1211) abandonment site-- City Shop Area at 3rd and K Street-- Harvard Park Well (L57954)-- 9th and K Street Well (L39270), 9th Street Well 4 (L57959), 1.0 MG “K Street Reservoir,”-- 0.2 MG “K Street Reservoir”, and pump station-- and pump station and meter vault on the West side of HWY 30 at L Street. ACTION NEEDED: Conditional approval letter dated 7/17/08 was issued listing conditions that need to be met before PW Well #2 can be put into use. | ||
