Details: SUMMARY: Repeat sample collected 5/19/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 5/30/08 - This sample was originally designated routine as a replacement for 080527901A which had been proposed to be invalidated (see previous alert). Because the request for invalidation was denied the sample was changed to repeat and additional repeat samples were requested of the operator. 06/02/08 - One additional repeat samples was collected on 5/29/08 and passed. The time that has passed since the initial positive sampled defeats the purpose of additional repeat samples at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of June.
