Details:	SUMMARY: Routine sample collected 5/14/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 5/19/08 - I contacted Chuck Michael to notify him of the following: Sample 080527901A collected on 5/14/08 by Rogue river Lodge tested positive for Total Coliform. I can verify that this sample was collected by an unqualified person ( not the system operator). This sample likely tested positive due to poor sampling technique. A new routine sample was submitted today and failed. Please have sample 080527901A invalidated. Additionally please change the contact name for this system to Thomas Abernathy Jr. as Thomas Abernathy Sr. should not be contacted about water system issues. 05/20/08 - Chuck Michael notified me that the original sample cannot be invalidated. I contacted the system and notified them that repeat samples need to be collected. 06/20/08 - One repeat sample was collected and failed. See the next alert for more details.
