| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 6/27/08 tested positive for E.Coli. DETAILS: 7/1/08 - Spoke with Jerry. He is unsure of the source of contamination (the UV is currently functional). I notified Jerry of the possibility that public notice will be required. Four repeat samples were collected. 7/2/08 - Three out of four repeat samples tested positive for Total Coliform (and two of those for E.Coli).
