Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting of TC and nitrate, outdated contact information DETAILS: Following up since there was no response to the informal enforcement letter sent June 18, 2008. Realized the phone number in database was actually the lab in Redmond (Pyxis, formerly Coffey Labs), not the number of the contact person listed (Richard Bittgood). I spoke to Donna at this Lab, who told me she had both Richard and Maureen Stapp listed as contacts for this PWS. I spoke to both of these people - Richard is no longer president, Ed Bryant is now president (got contact info). But Maureen is the one that deals with the water sampling and the lab. Maureen says she will have the lab send us all coliform results from 2005 on, and the nitrate results from 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Await missing test results. Changed contact information in database to show Maureen as first contact, Ed as legal contact.
