| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 6/27/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 6/30/08 - Four repeat samples were collected 7/1/08 - Four repeat samples tested negative for Total Coliform. 7/2/08 - I spoke with Bob Kamody. A new staff member collected the routine sample and failed to follow the faucet flaming protocol ( Bob feels that flaming is necessary for this tap because of its location in the bathroom). There was also evidence that the tap had recently been used to fill water balloons (rubber rings remaining on the tap). ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of July. | ||
