| Details: | Mentioned to Andrew that the City of Gresham exceeded the lead action level of 0.015 mg/L for the January to June 2018 monitoring period. Specifically, the 90th percentile for the April and May sampling was 0.016 mg/L. Information sent to the City today outlines the public education requirements. System needs to notify residents of their results plus health effects within 30 days of receiving results and certify to DWS by October 1, 2018, continue notifying residents on each bill, and do a press release by 9/1/18. City of Gresham to notify DWS of bill statement and press release completion by 9/10/18. 7/18/18: I have received certification of required lead public education from the City of Gresham for the spring 2018 lead action level exceedance. I notified the City today that they have conducted the required lead public education. |
