| Details: | The PVWC feel they are being charged excessively by the City of Tillamook for water delivered by the City and had never completed a water system master plan. The PVWC desired a thorough analysis and evaluation of their system and a feasibility and cost analysis for the possibility of becoming a self-reliant water system. A meeting with the Board was had to discuss options. A SIPP funding application was prepared and submitted to Business Oregon for a $20K grant to go towards a Master Plan. |
