| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 6-30-08 positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 7/2/08 - Four repeat samples were collected 7/7/08 - All repeat samples tested negative for Total Coliform. I spoke with Jim Blankenship. He does not have any theories on the cause of the positive sample. I reminded him that five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of July. | ||
