| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC Investigation regarding arsenic monitoring and reporting DETAILS: On June 25, 2008 I spoke with Rob Grounds on the phone about the lack of arsenic water samples taken and/or reported. Mr. Grounds informed me that an arsenic water sample was taken on June 9, 2008. Then a copy of the arsenic water sample results was faxed to the Klamath County Environmental Health. I mentioned that it is the water system operators responsibility that water samples should also be sent to the State DWP ACTION NEEDED: Malin Municipal Water is on a quarterly arsenic sampling schedule-- third quarter 2008 arsenic water sample is required in order to be removed from the SNC list. | ||
