| Details: | Received an alert on 6/26 about a routine total coliform positive sample collected on 6/25. Emailed Gene on 6/27 to inquire about sources in use and collecting repeat and triggered source samples. Received a follow-up email from Gene that the following wells were in use at the time of the coliform positive sample: China Hat Well #1 (SRC-AA), China Hat Well #2 (SRC-AB), Parrell Rd Well (SRC-HA), Tekampe Well A (SRC-GA), Tekampe Well B (SRC-GB), Roats Well #10 (SRC-KA), Deschutes River Woods Well #1 (SRC-IA) and Riverbend Well #3 (SRC-BC). Gene also indicated that the repeat and source samples taken were all absent for coliform. No further action at this time. | ||
