| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic sample collected on 11/14/07 had a level of 0.017ppm DETAILS: This system has three well sources feeding into a storage tank. To determine the source of arsenic above the MCL I requested that the system install sample taps on all three well heads. Samples were then collected at well#1 (0.00430ppm) well #2 (0.0056ppm) and well #3 (0.0166ppm) Well three was determined as the culprit.
