| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform test positive in June 2008 DETAILS: 6/30/08 - Spoke with manager at hotel. He was unaware of the positive sample and mentioned that the pump was changed last month. However they did sanitize the well following maintenance. We discussed the need to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples next month. We also discussed the need to post a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Letter, sampling schedule information and template public notice sent by mail to the operator 6/30/08. Follow yup to ensure samples are taken and turned in. | ||
