| Details: | SUMMARY: Continuation of nitrate alert and SNC investigation DETAILS: Spoke with owner Susan Lee to discuss changing the monitoring schedule for nitrates. She has taken a nitrate test the first and second quarter of 2008 which were both above the MCL. Corrective actions have been taken after each test. Instead of waiting for the next quarter (3rd quarter) to retake a test she has taken and additional sample April 30. Susan also has posted public notice by the soda fountain. I spoke with Karen Kelley 4/30/08 and she updated the monitoring schedule for nitrates to quarterly in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Resample nitrates and take a 3rd quarter sample. Provided a copy of public notice and chemical monitoring schedule change form. | ||
