| Details: | SUMMARY: Still have not started plan review (Installed UV unit months ago) DETAILS: Sent letter to follow up on Amy Parmenters discussion with Richard Lauer months ago that they needed to commence Plan Review on the UV unit they installed. Still no Plan Review started, so this letter informs him of the requirements, and gave him a deadline to get the information to Marsha Fox. Attached Plan Review packet and UV checklist. ACTION NEEDED: Expect Richard Lauer will contact Marsha Fox and start plan review. Time for a WSS as well. | ||
