| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jim Stephens regarding the total coliform present sample taken 8/4/08. He is taking the four repeat samples today. We discussed the steps to take if any of repeats turn up present, public notice, shock, possibly adding a permanent disinfection system. He knew about the five required routines to take in Sept 08. He also mentioned he is now the primary contact for this water system. I made appropriate changes in SDWIS to reflect this change of contact. ACTION NEEDED: four repeat samples required, five routines in Sept 08. | ||
