| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Ngo by phone and asked him if he was doing the special coliform testing for his well thats required of ground water under direct influence of surface water. Mr. Ngo thought his lab was doing that. I notified him of the violation and asked him to contact the lab and Russell Kazmierczak at the state DWP ACTION NEEDED: Lab test done as a special on 6/12/08. Results on file. | ||
