| Details: | SUMMARY: violation DETAILS: System had violation for no coliform samples in February, April and May of 2008. Called system and coffey lab and there was some confusion during the coffey lab certification issues and the owner Dave Hancock dropped Coffey but never got a new lab. System has since contracted with Coffey again and samples were taken in June (attached). June 12 sample was positive however and 4 repeats were taken on the 17th. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take monthly on-time routine coliform samples. | ||
