| Details: | SUMMARY: response to telephone call about sampling form DETAILS: Barbara had called and needed assistance filling out the lab slip. I called her back and she had contacted Pendleton Lab and they had worked her through it. A coliform sample will be brought in today. Also - she had many old bottles and I recommended she take them to the lab and they can tell her if they are still usable. I also reminded her to take a nitrate sample with the 4th qtr coliform.
