| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted re: Non Reporting of Coliform in 2nd quarter DETAILS: Tried Jeff by phone in July, and the person answering gave me his email address. I emailed him two weeks ago, but apparently that is not a great way to reach him. By phone today, I informed him that we were missing a TC results for April-June of this year. He has a contract with OR Water Services to be taking those samples, so he will call them and look into it. He thinks he remembers someone there taking a sample, but never got billed for it. ACTION NEEDED: See if he and the contractor can produce a test result for this period. Otherwise, they are still in violation till they have submitted satisfactory TC results for 6 consecutive months. | ||
