| Details: | SUMMARY: violation DETAILS: System violated TCR with no temporary routine samples in April following positive routine in March. System did take 4 repeats samples throughout April since positive sample was last day of March. They then took the 5 temporary routines the month following the repeats. However, this was actually one month late due to the timing of the initial positive and repeats. Discussed with system several times and with Deb and Chuck ACTION NEEDED: System has now taken all necessary samples although they were out of order and late. System will go back to routine quarterly sampling starting 3rd qtr 2008. | ||
