| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Kevin today regarding a routine sample taken 8/8/08 total coliform present. He didnt know why it came up present, other than the sample point is at the old concrete storage tank that is scheduled to be decommissioned soon. I advised him to take four repeat samples asap, and take two additional routines in September to get a total of Five routines. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeats asap. | ||
