| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Inspection DETAILS: Met with new operator Mike Gibson. Inspected polyphosphate treatment system. An LMI model A171-151S feed pump with a max rate of 0.42 GPH is used to inject the All-Qwest 105 blended phosphate. Recommended dosage is 1 mg/L. The feed pump was returned to service this morning after being out of service for a length of time. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to measure and record polyphosphate concentration in the distribution system using a field test kit on a regular basis. | ||
