| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation on nitrate reporting DETAILS: I informed Randy and Dave of the violation. Mr. Gibson stated they had a nitrate test done in 2007 but may not have sent it in to the state DWP. They said a sample will be taken this week and sent in to the lab. They will fax me the test results ASAP. Nitrate report from 2007 shows sample date of March 21, 2007. March 19, 2008: I received 2008 nitrate test results. The sample date was February 29,2008. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved. | ||
