Details: I followed up with the Hellgate River Lodge water system on their positive repeat total coliform samples. The positive repeats activated need for level one investigation. I sent water system form for conducting investigation. The investigation form returned the same day via email. Possible improper seasonal start procedure identified as source of coliform contamination. I encouraged the water system to retro-actively go through the DWS seasonal checklist and ensure all potentially contaminated water is flushed from the water system.
