| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation for arsenic non reporting for stat period 12/31/07 DETAILS: Betty said that the lab forgot to monitor for arsenic when they monitored for the other chemicals. She plans on M/R for arsenic ASAP and will send Linn County EH and the DWP the results. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for arsenic monitoring results then resolve the violation. Arsenic was monitored on February 22, 2008 and reported on March 17, 2008. Violation corrected. | ||
