| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Feb 1 - Feb 29 violation DETAILS: I noticed that the repeats taken February 11, 2008 were reported as routines. I asked Jim to call the lab and have them send a letter to DWP requesting a change. I also discussed with Jim that the lab is not following the coliform bacteria sampling plan. We discussed the location of the routine sample sited and I determined that the sites are grouped together and sampling is not representative of the entire distribution. I asked him to update the plan and send me a copy with the new facility map they are preparing. I stressed to Jim that it is the water systems responsibility to ensure that the plan is followed. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the changes to be entered into SDWIS. Violation corrected. | ||
