Details: SUMMARY: RTC this water system regarding nitrate. DETAILS: This water system as on the 12-07 SDWIS violation list. In the past I did a SNC investigation and resolution 8-8-07. The system did put on treatment to remove nitrate and data showed a 3.92ppm post treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Chuck will RTC the water system and testing requirements will be on a yearly basis.
