| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP on site consultation DETAILS: Went to park on enforcement and due date on sanitary survey deficiency corrections was past. I again went over the S.S and corrections needed. Provided the emergency plan and assessment forms. Discussed what was needed and how to proceed on completion of plans. Made an additional stop on 3/25 due to questions about S. S. Discussed ERP/VA with manager on 4-7 and he said he should be done by 4-10 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up by mid April | ||
