| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples in February not taken DETAILS: Positive routine sample 1/30/08. Steve only took 2 of the 4 required repeat samples. Because the routine sample was taken at the end of January he was unable to take any repeat samples in January. We discussed sampling beginning of the quarter to allow follow-up samples. He also failed to take 5 routine samples in February. Asked him to write a coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: He is going to try to stay on track more consistently. | ||
