| Details: | SUMMARY: M/R violation for 4th quarter 2007 TCR and 1st quarter 2008 DETAILS: 4/18/08 - A message was left for Bernard Morris regarding violation. 4/21/08: Bernard called back and discussed violation. He said a different lab was used for the 4th quarter 2007 and results probably were not sent to the State DW program. He said he would send the results to the State as soon as possible. Bernard also mentioned hat he did not think samples were taken for the 1st quarter 2008. We discussed turning in results on time every quarter to avoid SNC status. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results if available. Sample every quarter and turn in to the State DW program on time to avoid SNC status. Send letter to the operator outlining guidelines to avoid SNC status. | ||
