| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR violation DETAILS: 4/21/08 - Spoke to Donica on the phone. She said she would fax the 4th quarter 2007 TCR results to the State DW Program. We discussed the requirement to take 5 routine samples the month after a positive result is reported. We also discussed the need to report samples on-time every quarter to ensure non-SNC status.
