Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on ARS violation DETAILS: It seems that the last testing that DHS - SIDWIS has for this water system is 2003 data. The operator assures the tests were all taken in 2006. He will check with North Creek Analytical to have data sent again. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to confirm testing was done - will call WSHD
