Details: SUMMARY: Violation - nitrate reporting DETAILS: I contacted Stephanie Beall by phone and informed her of the nitrate violation for 2007. Ms. Beall stated the sample was sent in Nov 2007. I asked her to re-send it to the state DWP. She said she will send it out right away. April 25, 2008 I received the nitrate test results for 2007. Date of sample 11.2.07. Test results are now in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: none
